Collaborative Health Partners, a clinically integrated physician network of primary care providers, is excited to announce its newest partner, Liberty Mountain Medical Group Pediatric & Young Adult Medicine! In affiliation with Liberty University College of Osteopathic Medicine (LUCOM), this clinic will be staffed by LMMG physicians who work in a team-based approach with nurses, allied staff, and medical students to provide outstanding medical care to the greater Lynchburg area.
This new pediatric clinic will be located on Lakeside Drive and is expected to open mid-summer!
