Lynchburg, Virginia – Collaborative Health Partners, a leading provider of healthcare services, is pleased to announce plans to build an innovative medical Healthplex, designed to cater to a multitude of specialties and eventual retail spaces. The significant investment in a state-of-the-art medical Healthplex aims to redefine the future of healthcare by providing convenient, comprehensive, and patient-centric services all under one roof.  Advancements in technology, digital health solutions and virtual care will be incorporated into the facility and care delivery process.

As medical needs become increasingly complex, it is crucial to cultivate an environment that promotes accessibility, collaboration, and excellence in care. The forthcoming Collaborative Healthplex seeks to address these needs, offering state-of-the-art facilities and an extensive range of medical specialties, all conveniently accessible to patients of all ages.

The Healthplex will house a diverse group of medical professionals, ensuring patients have access to a wide range of specialties, including but not limited to primary care, pediatrics, sports medicine, behavioral health, endocrinology, osteopathic neuromusculoskeletal manipulative medicine, physical therapy, lab, imaging and much more. By bringing together leading experts across multiple disciplines, CHP aims to create a collaborative environment where healthcare providers can work together to deliver holistic and personalized care.

In addition to exceptional medical services, the Healthplex will serve as a community hub for engagement and education, offering health promotion programs, support groups, and wellness workshops aimed to empower individuals to take control of their health and well-being.  Healthplex physicians and providers will also be actively engaged in the educational process of various healthcare academic programs, with the goal of developing more healthcare professionals for our community.

The Healthplex will eventually feature thoughtfully curated retail spaces, allowing patients and visitors to access amenities and complementary services. These retail spaces will enhance the overall patient experience, making healthcare visits more convenient, comfortable, and enjoyable.

Collaborative Health Partners will partner with CVFP Medical Group to expand primary care access within the Healthplex. “Primary care is essential to improve health outcomes and cost-effective care delivery.  We want to expand access to our community, and this allows us the opportunity to do that,” said Dr. Mark Kleiner, President of CVFP Medical Group.

The development of the Healthplex is currently underway, with construction expected to begin in July 2024.   CHP will release further details and progress updates as the project evolves.
